NAVIGATING WITH STRATEGIC AGILITY
In the Navigating with Strategic Agility Foundation, participants will be introduced to a number of strategic models that they can draw upon to help create their own organizational strategies for todayā€™s VUCA world. These modules will frame NEXT materials contextually in the real world 21st Century Union Construction industry. From drawing on the importance of strategic agility, to understanding change methodology, to gaining a better understanding of how to take action and execute on strategies learned, participants will be exposed to the many ways lessons from the previous modules can be applied to their own organization and within the unique challenges of their industry.
